The Fox Art Gallery is run by the Social Planning and Events Committee of
U Penn. All SPEC shows are held in the Fox Art Gallery in the lower level
of Logan Hall, located at 249 South 36th street, in the Perelman Quadrangle.
SPEC Art Gallery organizes numerous art exhibitions, highlighting
works from both within and outside the University community. Art
Gallery exhibitions include an opening or closing reception and
run for an average of three to four weeks. All shows are free of
charge.
Every Spring Semester, the SPEC Art Gallery Committee sponsors
a trip to a local art museum or venue. Past events include visits
to the Andrew Wyeth retrospective and the Salvador Dali exhibit
at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The SPEC Art Gallery also organizes
the biannual Locust Walk Arts Fair, which is held during the week
before Parent’s Weekend and Spring Fling.
If you are interested in exhibiting in the Fox Art Gallery, please
complete the application form available from the menu to the left
and submit to the SPEC Art Gallery office.

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
